NOT to pay, both the CST and SALES of Finance.?
I am a manufacturer based in West Bengal. I'm getting more machines Delhi (a businessman (with tin / CST / VAT). CST is 4%. FORM C if it is issued. (2% if issued Form C). Do I pay TAXES SALES (4% in the case of machines), West Bengal (or say any other state), whether machines are for free use. and I decided to full pay 4% CST. What if I pay 2% of the CST, and issue a Form C. Am I not the double taxation of the same is taxable by the government of West Bengal.
If the sale is from another state, you will pay only CST @ 4% because it can not issue Form C for items FREE USE. But in the case, the population seller transfers the property to his godown or distributor in your state and billed to your state, you have to pay sales tax only. The same is For 'sale in transit.
